They have alot of cushioning also a cushion point around the ball of foot, alot of cushioning there and the sole is very thick and absorbs shock well, soft and smoothe feel.

They are very breathable all over and quite flexible. They feel chunky but they don't look as chunky as they feel.

the front is roomy for the toes although the rest is cushioned and snug.

overall im impressed because they do the job of cushioning and absorbing shock well, not heavy and very comfortable and soft on tarmac.
