Oh boy. Lots of support but a lot of cushioning to if you are a heavier runner. If you over-pronate severely and/or you are a heavier runner this is a running shoe that is set up for you. Most of us won't need this type of protection but if you do then the Evolution is there for you. The cushioning is aimed at heavier guys but midweight runners needing all that supoprt will also be okay with it.
