The eagle eyed among you will spot there appears to be no difference between the Trance 7 and this model, the Mark 8. That is because the difference is that the shoe now has a biodegradable midsole. The shoe gives a good combination of a lot of cushioning and support. The shoe also has an upper that gives a secure fit while also feeling soft and flexible where it needs to be. More for logging up lots of miles than for faster running but the shoe does give very good comfort.
