This shoe is not a ÔlightweightÕ but manages to give the protection of a good support shoe while still offering a high level of responsiveness. Part of that is due to the midsole being a little firmer than on many shoes Ð that might not sound good but the cushioning works well and it means the shoe is stable and gives you a great feel for the ground as you start to pick up the pace. The firmness also means on longer runs the shoe doesnÕt start to feel too soft and malleable
