Mens Mizuno Wave Musha
Also known as Mizuno Musha
Japanese manufacturers know how to do light and high-tech. It is the same with footwear. Mizuno say this shoe weighs 230g but we think that could be erring on the heavy side, we think it may be lighter but didnŐt have a UK8 to weigh (the weight most people work off). It is light and flexible, with a very responsive forefoot. Yet the cushioning works well and while there are no dedicated support technologies on the Tech Spec the shoe is also quite stable.

Fast, well cushioned and stable.
My 1st real race shoe! They feel very light and responsive but at the same time pretty well cushioned considering the weight. Done four races in them so far and they've been fab. Eye catching too! Not tested them beyond 5 miles yet but they feel really stable for a neutral racer even down to the toe. Fit is nice & snug too if you have slightly narrower feet. A great race shoe but i reckon they'd be perfect for speedwork and lighter, faster runners training.
