Mens Mizuno Wave Rider 11
Also known as Mizuno Rider
There's a springy ride in both the forefoot and heel of the Rider. It steers your foot through a good movement and has a smooth feel to it. The lightness and flexibility both contribute to this and make it a shoe you can up the pace in. A new upper for the start of 2008 is the change from the Rider 10 and for autumn winter there is also an ap insole. It fits well and is breathable. That means the fans of the Rider 10 will all be equally at home in this new model.

one that was recommended by up and running in darlington. it was definately one of the most comfortable shoes i've worn and got me round a 10k in 39 which is'nt to bad for an old codger. only slight drawback was that I did'nt get the milage I got with previous shoes from the brooks range, but I am not the smallest of runners at 6f 3 and nearly 14 stone so overall was happy with what I got
