Mens New Balance 826
Also known as New Balance 826
A lightweight and very responsive shoe. This is a good choice for a second running shoe to use in faster sessions or races.

Great shoe but for speed and racing only
This is a very light shoe and very flexible. The cushioning is good considering its weight. The major downside for me was on the heel strike as there is a large void in the heel cushioning and I can feel it “bottoming out” when running at a steady pace, it is not so noticeable when racing as I tend to strike more on my toes. So I only use this for tempo runs and racing now. (I am a tall runner weighing in at 11 ½ stone running 58mins for 10 miles)
It is a comfortable shoe; I have had no blisters or rubbing of any kind. I know it’s not an area for a real review BUT this shoe looks amazing, you look like you are sprinting just stood still!
I would recommend this for very light neutral runners as an everyday shoe, for the rest of us they are best saved for speed. I have given them 9/10 on their speed rating, as an every day shoe for me they would score much lower as I could not use them.
