Mens Nike Air Zoom Skylon

Also known as Nike Skylon
Mens Nike Air Zoom Skylon
This has an updated upper for Fall 2007. The shoe is light, well cushioned and highly flexible ride. The design of the midsole has been heavily influenced by the Nike Free shoes and the surrounding technologies. Some may find it a little too flexible. The way it encourages your feet to flex and work more can cause some soreness if you too much in the shoes too soon.

These are "PERFORMANCE NEUTRAL" shoes!!! Ideally suited to light-weight runners, with high arches and narrow feet, for use either as trainers or race day shoes.
The Skylon is THE trainer i return to, time after time... 7 years and almost 30 pairs later... guaranteed these will last 500+ miles.
Good but not great

I have had at least 10 pairs of Skylons and am disapointed with these. I am light and like a light weigth shoe but for me the soles are too flexible. It may be that i am a forefoot runner but I have had a numebr of niggles since I have been using these.
