The cushioning is soft and smooth without feeling 'squishy'. The ride is very smooth with a flexible, yet guided, feel to it. Good protection and comfort. The upper has a good fit and breathability. A stretch panel at the forefoot is specific to the women's model to give greater adaptability to the fit. Nike+ compatible. New colourway going into 2008.

This definitely a cushioning shoe and surprisingly lightweight (320g for size 12!). I've raced a hilly half marathon in them and I would consider a them an excellent shoe for a full marathon if your muscles and bones are getting old like mine. I train off road mostly and they cope pretty well on trails and dry fell.
