Womens Saucony Progrid Guide 2
Also known as Saucony Progrid Guide 2
The Guide has a good feel to it and has that great quality of ticking a lot of boxes for a lot of uses and a lot of types of runner. Most runners who over-pronate to a greater or lesser extent will be happy with this shoe. It has plenty of cushioning and guidance for knocking out the long miles in training. Then it has enough flexibility and lightness to give a very smooth, responsive ride that means you can also crank the pace right up without flinching. Then if you head off on to some light off-road that wonÕt give you any dramas either.

Zero Issues
Needed Anti-pronation and fit perfectly, light but supportive and gave me ZERO issues. Ran 5km straight away. So good got the updated version from last year without hesitation.
