A lighter shoe from The North Face which falls close to the fell running category of shoes. It is not as stripped down as some of the out and out fell racers you will come across but it is certainly a good few grams lighter than the typical TNF shoe. A good amount of grip and lower profile midsole add to teh feeling that you could either view this as a more protective fell racing shoe or a lightweight trail trainer.
