UK Gear have developed this shoe in association with the British Army (alongside the GT-02 NC which is a neutral shoe). While it may lack some of the high-tech punch of the top end shoes from other brands it is highly functional. The cushioning and support do a perfectly adequate job. The responsiveness is better than you might expect - you can get up on your toes for some faster running. Then the outsole bites on and off-road to make the shoe suited to a range of paces on different surfaces.
