My first pair of lightweights, having changed my normal shoes to Adidas I decided to give the Boston a go also, they are very light and still offer a great deal of cushioning.
I have had shin splints in the past so now use orthotics which fit nicely into the shoe.
Size wise I go 1 size up in Adidas.
